About the Programme

Bachelor in Hotel Management (BHM) is a 3-year undergraduate degree that prepares you for one of the world's largest service industries — hotels, restaurants, cruise lines, airlines, resorts and event companies. It teaches you the operational backbone of hospitality (Front Office, F&B Service, Food Production and Housekeeping) along with hotel accounting, sales, HR and tourism studies.

At FIMS, BHM is hands-on from day one. You cook in working production kitchens, serve in a training restaurant, learn check-in / check-out on real PMS software in our mock front office, and practise housekeeping standards in dedicated lab rooms. A mandatory 4-to-6-month industrial training in a 4- or 5-star hotel gives you the kind of CV that gets you interviews.

The mahaul on the BHM floor is closer to a hotel back-of-house than a college — formal uniforms, grooming standards, English communication, and a culture of guest-first thinking. By the time you graduate, you don't just know hospitality; you live it.
